Coco B. Productions was hired to stand up The Black Inclusion, Diversity and Equity in Action (IDEA) Coalition, which exists to fulfill the promise of diversity and inclusion by empowering organizations and institutions to achieve Black parity in employment, investments, and contracting. Our team led the strategic planning for the organization, collaborating with the client to establish the mission and vision; provide guidance around staffing, services, and Board structure; develop the coalition’s brand elements; provide copywriting and graphic design for all collateral; and launch a website. Our team also established several strategic, cross-sector partnerships on behalf of the coalition and provided 360-degree event management support for a virtual summit announcing the coalition launch, including media outreach that resulted in client leadership being featured in televised interviews on Good Morning Washington and Great Day Washington.
